QUESTIONS & ANSWERS:

 

Q: How do the sweatshirts run in terms of sizing?

A: All our apparel is in standard US men's sizing. Our sweatshirts, hoodies and t-shirts are true-to-size, however we do recommend sizing up for a roomier fit. Please refer to the product page for the sizing chart of that specific item, or feel free to contact us at anytime!

 

Q: Where can I contact VintageSports LTD?

A: Please refer to our "Contact Us" Page. Any E-Mail will be answered within 1 same business day.

 

Q: When will I receive my order?

A: Depending on whether your order is domestic (USA) or international, shipping times will vary. All our shipping times could be found on our "Shipping & Policies" page. Please note that any international order may be held for a variable amount of time by their country's customs. On average, most Canadian and European orders are delivered within 2 weeks of the order date.

 

Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?

A: Due to the fact that all our items are made-to-order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. However, we stand by our products and any order that is incorrect or damaged will be replaced free of charge. Customer service is our number one priority, so please do not hesitate to reach out if there is any problem with your order!

 

Q: Will shipping always be free? Or is it just a promotion? 

A: Free worldwide shipping is a staple of ours, and that will never change. We ship free anywhere in the world, this is not a promotion and we will always offer this service. We do offer paid expedited options for faster shipping, but our standard shipping is free for all our customers worldwide!

 

Q: Do you offer wholesale?

A: Please contact us in regards to any wholesale inquiry. 

 

Q: I need to change my order details, how could I do so?

A: We keep all orders on hold for 2 hours. You could contact us via E-Mail or our live chat with any request for your order. We may be able to adjust the order after 2 hours, however it is not guaranteed we will be able to do so. 

 

Q: How can I cancel my order?

A: We will gladly cancel and refund your order within 2 hours of the order time. This is stated in our shop policy (see Shipping & Policies). You could reach out to us by E-Mail.
